Stoneridge Drive Interchange ("Use Period"). All <br />Parcel 1 Permits shall expire and the sewer capacity <br />represented thereby shall revert to the sole control of <br />the City as of Four Hundred and Eighty-Nine (489) days <br />after the commer~"~ment of the Use Period except as <br />provided below (~...g. if the Use Period commences on May <br />1, 1986, then Parcel 1 Permits will expire on September <br />2, 1987. ) <br /> <br /> (2) Reversion After Expiration of Building <br />Permits. In the case of Parcel 1 Permits which have <br />been used to obtain building permits, that sewer <br />capacity shall not revert to the' City unless the <br />building permit expires pursuant to Uniform Building <br />Code standards or Owner fails to obtain a Final <br />Building Inspection on the basic shell building within <br />three years after issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> (3) Government Action or Litigation. In the <br />'event of any governmental action or litigation that <br />prevents Owner from obtaining a building permit (where <br />Owner is otherwise prepared to submit the necessary <br />information and pay the fees required in order to <br />obtain a building permit) the dates provided in <br />subparagraphs (1) and (2) of this Paragraph 4A shall be <br />delayed by the actual amount of delay caused by such <br />governmental action or litigation, but only with <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
