Hundred Thirty-Nine (439) Dwelling Unit Equivalents permits <br />are to be associated as follows: One Hundred Ninety-Nine <br />(199) permits with Parcel 1 ("Parcel 1 Permits") and Two <br />Hundred Forty (240) permits with Parcel C. <br /> <br /> B. Court Order. All Three Hundred Eighty-Seven <br />(387) Sewer Permits applicable to Parcel B and Parcels 1 and <br />2 are subject to a three year time limit ("three year <br />period") for obtaining a building permit, unless the three <br />year period is tolled, pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 8 <br />of Exhibit B to the agreement attached to and incorporated <br />in the 1972 Court Order ("Court Order Exhibit B"). Pursuant <br />to the April 22, 1980 Court Order, such three year period <br />was to commence running on either the date the applicable <br />permit was issued, or upon removal of all LAVWMA Outfall <br />conditions to the applicable sewer permit, whichever is <br />later. All of the LA~MA Conditions were satisfied on April <br />6, 1981 (Exhibit C attached hereto) and the three year <br />period was to commence running on all Sewer Permits <br />applicable to Parcel B and Parcels 1 and 2 on that date <br />(except for the effect of certain government agreements, <br />programs and regulations). <br /> <br /> C.
