Foothill and SAB and their successors and assigns <br />shall be entitled to assign the rights and obligations <br />hereunder to any entity that becomes the owner of Parcel 1 <br />or Parcel C, respectively, or any portion thereof ("Owner"), <br />subject to the applicable limitations hereof. <br /> <br /> 3. Sewer Permits. <br /> <br /> A. The Property Sewer Permits. Six Hundred <br /> <br />Twenty-Seven (627) Dwelling Unit Equivalents sewer-system <br />connection permits ("Sewer Permits") are associated with the <br />lands comprising Parcels A, B and C combined. Of these, <br />Four Hundred Sixteen (416) of the Dwelling Unit Equivalents <br />permits were originally issued to SDC on July 3, 1980. They <br />were assigned pursuant to the forms of assignment attached <br />hereto as Exhibits B-1 and B-2 to Foothill and SAB. The <br />remaining two hundred eleven (211) Dwelling Unit Equivalents <br />permits are part of another Sewer Connection Permit issued <br />to SDC on November 24, 1980. Such remaining Dwelling Unit <br />Equivalents permits were assigned by SDC to Foothill <br />pursuant to the form of assignment attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B-2. <br /> <br /> As part of the acquisition of Parcel B and Parcel <br /> o Foothill has contracted to sell and Mozart has contracted <br /> <br />to buy One Hundred Eighty-Eight (188) Dwelling Unit <br /> <br />Equivalents sewer-system connection permits.
