(c) Said budget may include the prooosed expenditure <br />of revenues of the Association from sources other than the <br />revenue received pursuant to the Ordinance (e. g. voluntary <br />contributions). The expenditure of such other revenue shall not <br />require the review or approval by the City and may be included <br />in the budget document' as a convenience t=~ t'he Association. <br /> <br /> (4) REPORTS. Association shall submit to the Finance <br />Director quarterly reports~ in a form a~proved, reflectin~ the <br />purpose and an~o~.~nt of all expendit~.~res. Said reports shall be <br />due in the office of the Finance Director no later than the <br />20th day of the months of April, July, October and January <br />of each year and shall report on the activities for the preceding <br />calendar quarter. <br /> <br /> (5) PAINTS. <br /> <br /> (a) The Finance Di. rector is authorized to establish <br /> <br />a mutually acceptable schedule for partial payments or advances <br />to the Association based on anticipated revenues. <br /> <br /> (b) The Finance Directc~r is further authorized to <br />cause a reconciliation of receipts and expenditures in October <br />of each year. <br /> <br /> (c) Payments shall not [~e made unless all of the, <br />provisions of the Agreement are met. <br /> <br /> (6) INDEPENDENT A~.~DIT. Association shall emOloy the <br />services of a quali.~i'~.ed Certified }~ubl'ic Accountant, at its <br />sole expense, who shall annually exar~lne the books, records, <br />inventories and reports of Association and its officers and <br />employees who receive, handle or disbtlrse funds obtained by <br /> <br /> <br />
