Never clean machinery, equipment, tools, brushes, or rinse containers into a <br />street, gutter, or storm drain. <br />g. Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do <br />not discharge wash water into street, gutters, or storm drains. <br />h. Ensure that the project contractor is aware of, and abides by, all conditions of <br />approval. The project developer is especially responsible for ensuring that <br />the contractor is aware of and implements all erosion control/storm water <br />quality measures. <br />i. Ensure that the project landscape contractor is aware of, and adheres to, the <br />approved landscape and irrigation plans. <br />Prior to building permit inspections <br />48. Prior to receiving a foundation inspection for the structure, the applicant <br />shall submit a pad elevation certification for each home prepared by a licensed <br />land surveyor or registered civil engineer to the Chief Building Official and <br />Director of Community Development, certifying that the pad elevations and <br />building locations (setbacks) are pursuant to the approved plans. <br />49. Prior to the first framing inspection, the height of the primary structure shall be <br />surveyed and verified as being in conformance to the approved building heights <br />as stated on Exhibit A from the lowest grade to the highest portion of the roof. <br />Please be advised that the total height includes roof-sheathing, roof finish <br />material, and all ridge caps. <br />50. Prior to final building permit inspection, a final inspection by the Planning <br />Division is required prior to occupancy. <br />Landscaping and Irrigation <br />51. All recommendations and mitigation measures listed in the tree assessment <br />provided by Traverso Tree Service on file with the Planning Division and dated <br />January 3, 2008, shall be implemented. <br />52. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by <br />Director of Community Development as part of the building permit plan set prior <br />to issuance of an on-site permit. Said landscape plan shall be consistent with the <br />approved landscape plan plus any conditions of approval and shall be detailed in <br />terms of plant species, their locations on the site, size upon installation, total <br />quantities for each species, and spacing upon planting. Plant species shall be of <br />a drought tolerant nature with an irrigation system, such as a drip system, that <br />maximizes water conservation throughout the development. <br />10 <br />
