Proiect Description
T- Mobile engaged the City in numerous discussions which looked at the existing
proposed site, alternative sites, and alternative designs including a flag pole design
described later in this report. Ultimately, the applicant proposed that the City consider a
project that contained the following:
o A modification of the existing tower that include a small tower on top of it. This
added smaller tower would house eight antennas and the supporting Base
Transceiver Station (BTS) system.
o The added tower would be approximately nine feet in height. As it would be
installed as an integral part of the tower element, the net increase in the
overall tower height is approximately seven feet.
The revised proposal is compared to the existing elevation in the elevations provided on
the next page.
OPOmw WIT IN •IInTIYM
i1PIWIP011110 PYT PL •VM1OI
Zoning Administrator
The Zoning Administrator found that the revised design would maintain the building's
architectural integrity and that the tower extension would be proportionally scaled. The
Zoning Administrator approved Case No. PDRW -6 subject to conditions of approval (See
Attachment 1).
