WHEREAS, after receiving public testimony and review of the materials <br />presented, the City Council determined that the proposed design does not impact the <br />architectural integrity of the structure and is appropriate for the site, will not detrimentally <br />affect the surrounding properties, and is consistent with the zoning regulations for the <br />zoning district of the property (Pleasanton Municipal Code, Section 18.100, Personal <br />Wireless Service). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Upholds the appeal of Jacob Reeves, T- Mobile, Case PAP -128, <br />thereby overturning the Planning Commission's denial and upholding the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of Case PDRW -6, the application of Kelly Pepper/Town <br />Consulting, on behalf of T- Mobile, for design review to redesign the existing tower at the <br />existing McDonald's building located at 3001 Bernal Avenue to house a wireless facility <br />for T- Mobile, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a <br />part of this case by reference. <br />SECTION 2.
