Additional sampling and analysis, if required, can be
provided for additional fees.
• We have assumed that investigation-derived wastes (IDW) will be non-
hazardous, and that the client will be responsible for its disposal. Kleinfelder is
prepared to facilitate disposal of IDW, but Kleinfelder will not assume any
generator responsibility associated with IDW.
• One original, one electronic and two hard copies of the final report will be
delivered to the City for distribution. This includes projects "paid for in whole or in
part out of public funds" and has been expanded to include various types of
payments, credits and monetary equivalents provided by the State or public entity.
The Prevailing Wage Law extends to geotechnical and environmental engineering
consultants, their soils/material testing and building inspection personnel. Services
subject to prevailing wage are typically non-professional field services and are
01002PROP / (PLE8P294.doc) / jmk Page 8 of 9 November 11, 2008
Copyright 2008, Kleinfelder
