Kimley-Horn 8 <br />Associates, Inc. (KHA) will provide additional services in the amount of $56,938 <br />that consist of the following: <br />TASK 1-PROJECT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT <br />KHA has attended an additional meeting on October 2, 2008, to discuss the <br />requested changes to the design on north leg of the intersection at the frontage <br />of OrIoN Park. With the extensive directions generated at the October 8, 2008, <br />phone meeting, addition meeting minutes were required to document the <br />changes requested. Additional project management has also been required to <br />coordinate the new surveying work (see task 2) and the additional design <br />options. <br />Additional Deliverables: <br />1) Meeting minutes (Completed) <br />2) Phone meeting minutes (Completed) <br />TASK 1-BASE MAPPING AND DTM <br />Mountain Pacific Survey (MPS) has performed supplemental survey to update <br />the topographic survey provided by the City.
