TASK 8 -CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br />KHA had originally budgeted 48 hours for construction support during the <br />construction phase of the project to perform the foNowing: <br />1) Address questions during the pre-bid phase and, if necessary, prepare <br />addenda to the construction documents. <br />2) Attend the pre-construction meeting. <br />3) Review contractor RFI's and shop drawings during construction <br />4) Prepare record drawings based upon marked-up information provided by <br />the contractor. <br />Due to the increase scope of work, it is anticipated that an extra f 2 hours may be <br />required during the construction phase. <br />Additional Change Order Request Amount: $58.938 <br />The original contract was for $111,684.
