We can complete Phase One within four weeks, The extent of <br />wc, r~ 1'~.~r ~hases Two and Three cannot be determined until Phase One <br />ha~s been completed. <br /> <br />FEES <br /> <br />It is proposed 'that compensation for Phase One services be on a time and <br />e×pense basis. It is estimated that the fee for Tasks I through 8 will <br />be ,~i:,~!i",:~x~mately $10,000.
