Noes: Supervisors ............................N..O._[1.~ ............................................................................................................................................ <br /> Excused or Absent: Supervisors._..N._0..0..e. ............................................................................................................................................. <br /> <br /> APPROVE CONVEYANCE OF RIGHT OF WAY TO THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR EXTENSION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD; <br /> EXECUTE GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY; SET TERMS AND CONDITIONS; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Alameda County Flood Control and ~ater Conservation District is <br /> the fee simple owner of the hereinafter described real property, which said property <br /> is a portion of Line G-3, Zone 7 project of said District and the District facilities <br /> therein consist of an earth-lined, open channel; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has completed the improvements to a <br /> previously installed reinforced concrete box that is located in the channel and <br /> will construct, on behalf of the City of Pleasanton, the extension of West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard as part of Amador Valley Investors Tract No. 5129; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has requested conveyance of a perpetual <br /> right of way and easement for the aforesaid public highway purposes and appurtenances <br /> thereto over, upon and across that certain real property of Alameda County Flood <br /> Control and Water Conservation District hereinabove referred to and more particularly <br /> designated and described as: <br /> <br /> No. 7307 <br /> Assessor's~l-30 (Por.) <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the City of <br /> Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> A strip of land of the uniform width of 98.00 feet, being <br /> 49.00 feet on either side, measured radial to the following described <br /> center line: <br /> <br /> COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the northeasterly <br /> production of the center line of West Las Positas Boulevard, 98.00 <br /> feet in width, with the easterly boundary line of Tract 3035, as <br /> said center line and tract are delineated and so designated on that <br /> certain map entitled "Tract 3035 Fairlands-Unit 6 City of Pleasanton <br /> Alameda County, California" etc., filed June 6, 1969, in Book 62 <br /> of Maps at pages 10 through 13 thereof, Records of Alameda County, <br /> California, said easterly boundary line of Tract 3035, being also <br /> the westerly line of that certain of land described in the deed from <br /> First Pleasanton Investors, a partnership, and Amador Valley Investors, <br /> a partnership, to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br /> District, dated January 18, 1971, and recorded March 7, 1973, in <br /> Reel 3357 of Official Records at image 865 thereof, (73-29231) <br /> Records of Alameda County, California, and running thence along said <br /> northeasterly production of said center line of West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard, northeasterly on the arc of a curve to the right, tangent <br /> at last said point to a course which bears North 70° 58' 57" East <br /> <br /> <br />
