APPROVE CONVEYANCE OF RIGHT OF WAY TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR EXTENSION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD; EXECUTE GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY; SET TERMS AND CONDITIONS; WHEREAS, Alameda County Flood Control and ~ater Conservation District is the fee simple owner of the hereinafter described real property, which said property is a portion of Line G-3, Zone 7 project of said District and the District facilities therein consist of an earth-lined, open channel; and WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has completed the improvements to a previously installed reinforced concrete box that is located in the channel and will construct, on behalf of the City of Pleasanton, the extension of West Las Positas Boulevard as part of Amador Valley Investors Tract No. 5129; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has requested conveyance of a perpetual right of way and easement for the aforesaid public highway purposes and appurtenances thereto over, upon and across that certain real property of Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District hereinabove referred to and more particularly designated and described as: No. 7307 Assessor's~l-30 (Por.) All that certain real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A strip of land of the uniform width of 98.00 feet, being 49.00 feet on either side, measured radial to the following described center line: COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the northeasterly production of the center line of West Las Positas Boulevard, 98.00 feet in width, with the easterly boundary line of Tract 3035, as said center line and tract are delineated and so designated on that certain map entitled "Tract 3035 Fairlands-Unit 6 City of Pleasanton Alameda County, California" etc., filed June 6, 1969, in Book 62 of Maps at pages 10 through 13 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, said easterly boundary line of Tract 3035, being also the westerly line of that certain of land described in the deed from First Pleasanton Investors, a partnership, and Amador Valley Investors, a partnership, to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, dated January 18, 1971, and recorded March 7, 1973, in Reel 3357 of Official Records at image 865 thereof, (73-29231) Records of Alameda County, California, and running thence along said northeasterly production of said center line of West Las Positas Boulevard, northeasterly on the arc of a curve to the right, tangent at last said point to a course which bears North 70° 58' 57" East
