LEGAL NOTICE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON OFFER TO PRESELL 300,000 GPD OF <br /> FUTURE SEWAGE TREATMENT CAPACITY <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton will presell a maximum of 300,000 Gallons <br />Per Day (GPD) of sewer capacity to Pleasanton property owners. <br />This presale of sewer capacity is being conducted for the sole <br />purpose of financing Pleasanton's share of the Livermore Amador <br />Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA) and the Dublin San Ramon <br />Services District (DSRSD) expansion projects now underway. <br /> <br />RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br /> <br />The purchase of sewer capacity under this program wiil'be subject <br />to the following restrictions and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Purchaser of capacity must provide proof of <br /> ownership of property located in Pleasanton on <br /> which capacity is to be used. <br /> <br /> 2. Total capacity applied for may not exceed an <br /> average of 3,000 GPD per acre, and capacity per <br /> applicant is limited to a total of 300,000 GPD. <br /> <br /> 3. Applications must include the Alameda County <br /> Assessor's parcel number(s) of the property on <br /> which the capacity will be used. <br /> <br /> 4. Purchased capacity may not be used on property <br /> other than the property described in the <br /> application. <br /> <br /> 5. Purchased capacity cannot be sold to other private <br /> parties, but can be transferred to subsequent <br /> purchasers of the land described in the <br /> application. <br /> <br /> 6. Purchase of sewer capacity does not guarantee or <br /> imply future approval of specific projects, and/or <br /> growth management approval on the property <br /> described in the application. <br /> <br /> <br />
