Section 3: The two Grant Deeds from Delta Properties to the City <br /> of Pleasanton, copies of which are attached hereto, <br /> required by the stipulated settlement agreement are <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Grant Deed from the <br /> City of Pleasanton to C & H Development Company, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto, pursuant to the stipulated <br /> settlement agreement. <br /> <br />Section 5: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Grant Deed from the <br /> City of Pleasanton to Constantine Christopolous, et al., <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto, pursuant to the <br /> stipulated settlement agreement. <br /> <br />Section 6: The clerk shall cause a certified copy of this <br /> resolution of vacation to be recorded in the office of <br /> the Alameda County Recorder and from and after the date <br /> of recording the above-described portion of Owens Drive <br /> shall no longer constitute a street right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 7: The City Attorney is authorized to take whatever <br /> actions are necessary to implement the above <br /> transactions. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 17, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Pee&~ D.
