MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br />PCUP-208, Pleasanton Community Church <br />Commissioner Fox noted that on page 2, it states that Pleasanton Community Church <br />sought to relocate the after-school childcare facility. She noted that she had discussed <br />this issue with Ms. Decker and believed that the original uses approved as a tutoring <br />facility had become more of a childcare facility. She noted that she had visited this <br />location and noted that there were two vans picking up children at elementary school sites <br />and inquired whether the operation could be clarified prior to taking action or processing <br />the proposed application. She requested staff to verify that the use was in conformance <br />with the existing use permit. <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff would look into whether the applicant was operating in <br />accordance with their use permit. She noted that this use permit was requested because <br />the Church is relocating to a different building on-site. <br />Commissioner Fox stated that she would appreciate a determination as to whether it is in <br />conformance with its current use permit at the existing location before they move. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, May 28, 2008 Page 16 of 17 <br />
