ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Larissa <br />Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Steve Otto, Associate <br />Planner; Jenny Soo, Associate Planner; Rosalind <br />Rondash, Assistant Planner; Natalie Amos, Assistant <br />Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O'Connor, and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Arne Olson <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. September 10, 2008 <br />Commissioner Fox noted that the first sentence of the last paragraph on page 10 <br />indicates that Commissioner Olson stated that the on-site slope banks needed to be <br />cleaned and vegetated. She noted that she thought Commissioner Olson mentioned <br />that the drainage channel needed to be cleaned and slope banks vegetated.
