ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Michael <br />Roush, City Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Services <br />Manager; Natalie Amos, Assistant Planner; and Maria L. <br />Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, <br />Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />(Note: Staff confirms any proposed changes by reviewing the recorded <br />proceedings prior to finalizing the Minutes.) <br />a.
