Appearance. No structure, fence, or other <br />improvemen s a e na a ed, constructed, Wade or maintained <br />within the subdivision until a plan and specifications are <br />approved by the Architectural Committee. Said plane shall show <br />the nature, kind, shape, aaterials and location of said <br />improvement and shall be approved in writing ae to the harmony of <br />external design and location in relation to surrounding <br />structures and topography by the Architectural Committee. <br />Section 3. Notice.
