Any notice to be given to any property owner in any way connected with this Declaration of Restrictions shall be addressed to owner at the common street address of the real property within the subdivision owned by such person, unless such person or owner has notified the Architectural Committee, in writing, of some other notice address, at which time, notice shall thereafter be mailed to the address so given.
