No oil drilling, oil development <br />opera~ons, o re n ng, quarrying, or mining operations of any <br />kind shall be permitted on or in the Projectr and no oil wells,. <br />tanks, tunnels or mineral excavations or shafts shall be <br />permitted on the surface of the Project or within five hundred <br />(500) feet below the surface of the Project. No derrick or other <br />structure designed for use in boring for water, oil, or natural <br />gas shall be erected, maintained. or permitted on the Project. <br />3action 28. Offensive Conduct. No noxious or offensive <br />activ es, nc u ng, u no m ed to, repair of automobiles <br />or other motorized vehicles, shall be conducted within the <br />Project. Nothing shall be done on or within the Project that may <br />be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the residents of the <br />Project, or that in any way interferes with the quiet enjoyment <br />of occupants of lots. Unless otherwise permitted by the <br />association Rules, no owner shall serve food or beverages, cook, <br />barbecue, or engage in similar activities except within such <br />owner's lot. <br />Section 29. Antennae and Similar Ap urtenances. No <br />telev s on or ra~o po3es, an ennae, ag po es, c o eslinee, or <br />other external fixtures other than those originally installed by <br />declarant and any replacements, shall be constructed, erected, or <br />maintained within the lot or any structures on it. No wiring,. <br />insulation, air-conditioning, or other machinery or equipment <br />other than that originally installed by declarant and any <br />replacements, shall be constructed, erected, or maintained on or <br />within the lot, including any structures on it. Each owner shall <br />have the right to maintain television or radio antennae within <br />completely enclosed portions of his lot. The location of common <br />antennae or connection facilities for any cable television <br />serving more than one lot shall be deeignated by the <br />Architectural Committee, if any, and each lot and its owner shall <br />be subiect to the right of other owners or the association to <br />install, use, and maintain such common antennae or facilities. <br />Section 30. Storage. No mobile home, travel trailer, truck <br />camper, ou~se ~rtiiler or similar facility or boat shall be placed <br />upon any lot except for storage thereof and then only if enclosed <br />by a fence, wall or other enclosure approved by the Architectural <br />Committee, the purpose of said enclosure being to hide said items <br />from view from other properties covered by this declaration. <br />No stripped down, wrecked or junk motor vehicle shall be <br />kept, parked, stored or maintained on any lot. No commercial <br />vehicle (except pick-up trucks) shall be parked on any lot or <br />road leading to any lot except with an enclosure approved by the <br />8 <br />
