Integration to four department databases. In addition to the <br />comprehensive cashiering software cost of $125,757, the proposal includes <br />maintenance and support cost of $19,600 per year. In addition to 24/7 support, the <br />annual maintenance agreement includes the cost to update Active integrations to the <br />various City software systems whenever a vendor upgrades its applications.
