EXHIBIT A-2 <br />PHASE F: PROJECT CLOSURE AND ACCEPTANCE <br />The City will coordinate a final project meeting between the City and Active Network 30 <br />days after completion of Phase E to review the results of all previously completed phases to <br />assess the functional operation of the installed POS system; to determine if there are any <br />outstanding Open Items; and to provide feedback regarding the POS system performance. <br />NOTE: The above meeting will be conducted in the most cost efficient manner <br />available to both parties. <br />Task: <br />Active Network <br />1. Availability of Active Project Manager or designate to participate in final <br />project meeting. <br />2. Provide a complete set of documentation required by the City to maintain / <br />administer P03 system <br />3. Provido feedback, support and/or, if applicable, in response to any <br />reported system errors <br />Ctty: <br />1. Coordinate the availability of Domain Experts / TI' personnel to review <br />Active Network submitted documentation <br />2.
