EXHIBIT A-2 <br />Task: <br />Active Network. <br />1. Will send or provide links to deliver all software to the City. <br />2. Install and configure all software products included in the scope of services <br />for this project <br />3. Ttain Pleasanton personnel how to enter the POS items for sale, GL accounts, <br />locations, terminals, users, etc. <br />4. Conduct initial training of Pleasanton personnel <br />5. Test and verify software products openite as specified <br />6. Provide Domain Experts with Item /User sheets <br />City: <br />1. City will provide the necessary servers, operating systems and database <br />software. <br />2. City will install and set up the above servers including operating systems and <br />database software. <br />3. City will run the necessary database scripts to create the Active database. <br />4. City will obtain the necessary merchant accounts from their bank for the set <br />up of the credit card processing. <br />5. City will provide remote access to allow Active staff to configure and install <br />necessary components. <br />6. IT personnel to set up necessary server components <br />7. Department personnel to enter (POS items for sale, GL accounts, locations, <br />terminals, users, etc.) as part of the training. <br />g. To create a copy of the database to be used for testing <br />Deliverable: <br />Active Network: <br />1. Verify the functionality of all installed software <br />City: <br />1. Backup procedures for Active database <br />ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA <br />Active and Pleasanton will mutually agree that PHASE C (SOFTWARE DELNERY AND <br />CONFIGURATION) will be deemed completed upon verification by Active Network and <br />the City of Pleasanton of the fimctionslity of the configured server(s) a~ 3r° Party <br />hardware at which time the Signoff Process will be executed and a copy maintained by <br />both parties <br />5 <br />
