FOR ANNUAL SIDEWALK <br />MAINTENANCE, CIP NO. 075012 <br />SUMMARY <br />The subject project consisted of removal and replacement of damaged concrete <br />sidewalk, driveways, curb and gutter, and curb through drains and installation of new <br />access ramps on various City streets as shown in Attachment 1. The subject project is <br />complete and ready for acceptance by City Council. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept the improvements for the subject project. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion <br />3. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $9,611.10 to George Bianchi <br />Construction, Inc. thirty days after recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br />4. Authorize final payment to George Bianchi Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$3,077.93 <br />5. Transfer the project balance in the amount of $15,857.59 to CIP No. 085012, <br />Annual Sidewalk Maintenance. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />This project replaced and upgraded existing infrastructure and should not increase <br />maintenance costs. The construction of the project was performed within the approved <br />budget. <br />
