THE CITY OF <br />® -° ~ "' "' ~~'::r' "" CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />[~L~E~S~4NTONm <br />December 2, 2008 <br />Community Development <br />Engineering Division <br />TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7433, <br />IRONWOOD DEVELOPMENT (PONDEROSA HOMES) <br />SUMMARY <br />Tract 7433 of the Ironwood Development (Busch Property) is a 19-lot, single-family <br />residential subdivision developed by Ponderosa Homes II, Inc., located southerly of the <br />intersections of Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue and Mohr Avenue and Courtney <br />Avenue, as shown on Attachment 1. The public improvements for this subdivision are <br />complete and are ready for formal acceptance by the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tract 7433, Ironwood <br />Development (Busch Property), listed below. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be nominal costs associated with the routine maintenance of water lines, <br />sanitary sewers, storm drains, and roadway facilities when the public improvements are <br />accepted. <br />
