11.01.85 <br /> P129-019 <br /> realestl-370~ ~ <br /> D. Prudential has dedicated to the City certain real <br /> property to be used for street and traffic improvements; <br /> <br /> E. The City of Pleasanton intends to form one or <br /> more assessment districts to finance street, traffic and <br /> freeway improvements required to accommodate future traffic in <br /> the North Pleasanton area. As of the date of this agreement <br /> one assessment district to finance street and traffic <br /> improvements has been formed. All districts, formed and to be <br /> formed for such purposes, shall be referred to as "NPID". <br /> <br /> F. The City desires to cause the construction of the <br />street and other improvements described in Paragraph A as <br />quickly as is reasonably practicable and to cooperate with the <br />other parties to accomplish same. In connection therewith the <br />City has filed~an eminent domain action relating to the <br />property on which such improvements will be constructed, and <br />this agreement is entered into to either terminate such filed <br />action or to avoid such contemplated action. <br /> <br /> G.
