REAL PROPERTY CONVEYANCES, EASEMENTS AND <br /> <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement is executed as of , <br /> <br />1985, by and between THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF <br />AMERICA, a New Jersey corporation ("Prudential"), HACIENDA <br />BUSINESS PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a California corporation <br />("Hacienda"), WARREN AVENUE ASSOCIATES, a California general <br />partnership ("Warren"), and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br />corporation ("City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. The parties hereto desire to provide for the <br />installation and maintenance of certain street improvements, <br />landscaping and signs at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road <br />and Owens Drive; on Owens Drive and on Owens Court; and at the <br />northwest corner of Owens Drive and Owens Court; all in the <br />City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California. <br />Such installation and maintenance will require the conveyance <br />of certain fee interests, easements and other interests in real <br />property; <br /> <br /> B. Prudential is the partial owner and codeveloper <br />of.-~real property located in the City of Pleasanton, known as <br />Hacienda Business Park; <br /> <br /> C.
