6) The Committee would be available to the City <br /> Council, Planning Commission and staff as a <br /> resource to assist in the review of projects or <br /> programs that require additional input in <br /> specialized technical areas of review. <br /> <br /> 7) The Committee would be responsible for implementing <br /> a work program to complete the specific <br /> recommendations contained in this staff report in <br /> the next year. The Committee would be reporting <br /> back to the Council with periodic reports on the <br /> findings and progress of the Committee. <br /> <br /> b) That the City CounCil in reviewing Phase II of the <br /> Hacienda Business Park should implement the previous <br /> recommendation of the Industrial General Plan Review <br /> Committee, which stated that, "Development will not <br /> proceed until construction of the Hacienda Drive <br /> interchange has commenced."
