13. Furnish to the appropriate persons and agencies any revisions <br />or supplemental data needed by such persons or agencies. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br /> 1. Du_ring construction, provide consultation in design-related <br />issues pertaining to the bridge or roadway elements designed by the <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> 2. Review shop drawings for project elements designed by the <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> 3. Prepare 'as-builts' for the bridge structure based upon .. <br />as-built plans maintained by the resident engineer during construction. <br /> <br />B. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />City or others shall furnish and/or perform the following services: <br /> <br /> 1. Provide all information and data which is available to City <br />which is required in connection with Engineer's services, including but <br />not limited to pertinent traffic counts, land use data, maps, aerial <br />photographs, photogrammetric maps, reports, legal information, <br />rights-of-way, restrictions and easements. <br /> <br /> 2. Provide field survey, topographic, elevation, and alignment <br />information needed by Engineer to prepare the structural plans and <br />roadway plans within the limits of the underpass. <br /> <br /> 3. Hold all required special meetings, serve all public and <br />private notices, receive and act upon all protests and fulfill all <br />related requirements necessary to the development of the Project, and <br />pay all costs incidental thereto. <br /> <br /> 4. Furnish Engineer with a copy of any design standards for <br />construction details that City will require Engineer to follow in the <br />preparation of plans and contract documents. <br /> <br /> 5. Review preliminary plans, estimates, and other documents <br />presented by Engineer, and render decisions, in writing, within a <br />reasonable period of time. Give prompt written notice to Engineer at <br />any time City observes or otherwise becomes aware of any error, <br />omission, or defect in the Project. <br /> <br /> 6. Upon timely request by Engineer, make all provisions to enter <br />upon public or private lands as required for Engineer to perform such <br />work as ~_urveys or foundation explorations, in development of the <br />Project. <br /> <br /> 7. Prepare final design for the remainder of the Project, <br />exclusive of excluding the work to be performed by the Engineer as <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
