COPIES REFERENCE <br /> ~City GM 4498457 <br /> Region <br /> District <br /> Customer Accounting <br /> Construction Construction <br /> Commercial Department - JCP <br /> <br /> SPECIAL AGREEMENT <br /> ELECTRIC FACILITIES <br /> ELECTRIC CONVERSION <br /> (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT) <br /> RULE 20B <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made by CITY OF PLEASANTON, a California corporation <br /> <br /> (City) and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation (PGandE). <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. City, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913, adopted Resolution of Intention No. 82-175 on May 25, 1982, and as amended by <br />Resolution No. 85-223 on May 7, 1985, which provide for the formation of a special <br />assessment district designated North Pleasanton 'Improvement District No. 1982-4 <br />(District), to accomplish, among other things', the installation of street lighting <br />service facilities, the relocation of existing underground electric facilities and <br />'~ removal of existing overhead electric distribution facilities with their <br />reolacement with underground electric distributon facilities. <br /> <br /> B. The electric facilities contemplated for construction and/or replacement <br />within the District include the removal and replacement of existing overhead with <br />underground electric distirbution facilities (Electric Facilities), the relocation of <br />existing underground electric facilities (Electric Relocation Facilities), the <br />installation of street lighting service facilities (Street Lighting Service <br />Facilities) within the District along the existing streets known as Johnson <br />Industrial Drive and Stoneridge Drive, all of which facilities are shown on the <br />sketch marked Exhibit "A" attached and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
