the public service easements described in Exhibits "A" <br /> and "B" are hereby vacated. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the public service easement, as shown on Exhibit <br /> A, shall be reserved from the vacation of the excess <br /> right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Attorney is hereby directed to prepare <br /> precise descriptions of the lands shown in Exhibits A <br /> and B to be vacated, reserved, and deeded for attachment <br /> to this resolution prior to recording same. <br /> <br />Section 5. The clerk shall cause a certified copy of this <br /> resolution of vacation to be recorded in the office of <br /> the Alameda County Recorder and from and after the date <br /> of recording the above-described portions of Hopyard <br /> Road and public service easement shall no longer <br /> constitute a street or public service easements. <br /> <br />Section 6.
