CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-447 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS TO THE <br /> LAND USE/CIRCULATION ELEMENT FOR THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS OR VARIOUS AREAS <br /> THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, requests for General Plan changes to the Land <br /> Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan have been <br /> made concerning various areas throughout the planning <br /> area, including the following: <br /> <br /> a. GP-85-5, Matilda and Mildred Teixeira request a <br /> change to the land use designation of approximately <br /> 15 acres located on the south side of Vineyard <br /> Avenue and east of the terminus of Chardonnay Drive <br /> from "Low Density Residential" to the "Medium <br /> Density Residential" District; <br /> <br /> b. GP-85-7, the Pleasanton School District, Amador <br /> Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis request an <br /> amendment to the Land Use Element to redesignate <br /> approximately 2.4 acres located on the north side <br /> of Crellin Road immediately east of the residences <br /> on the east side of Sylvaner Drive and 600 feet <br /> southeast of Chardonnay Drive from "Low Density <br /> Residential" to "Medium Density Residential" and <br /> from "Medium Density Residential to "Low Density <br /> Residential"; <br /> <br /> c. GP-85-6, the City of Pleasanton requests a change <br /> to the land use designation of eleven lots totaling <br /> 7.86 acres located on the north side of Stanley <br /> Boulevard between 4011 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard <br /> inclusive from "Medium Density Residential" to <br /> "High Density Residential"; <br /> <br /> d. GP-85-3, John Payne, et al. requests a change to <br /> the land use designation of 2.6 acres located at <br /> 4089 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard from "Medium <br /> Density Residential" to "High Density Residential"; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held public hearings on all <br /> of these proposed changes and has made recommendations <br /> concerning same; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 17, 1985, at <br /> which time the City Council reviewed the proposed <br /> General Plan amendments covering various areas <br /> <br /> <br />
