Property surveys or preparation of maps for acquisition <br /> of land or easements. <br /> <br /> · Construction staking. <br /> <br /> · Printing of plans and specifications. <br /> <br />SERVICES BY THE CITY <br /> <br />CDM's attached scope of services is based upon the condition that the <br />following services will be provided by the City in connection with <br />these projects: <br /> <br /> · Labor and safety equipment to open and protect manholes <br /> to operate valves and hydrants. <br /> <br /> · Daily, but not continuous, inspection services. <br /> <br />FEE ESTIMATE <br /> <br />It is proposed that compensation to CDM for services during construc- <br />tion be based upon a time and expense basis in accordance with CDM's <br />normal rates. It is estimated that the total fee will be in the range <br />of $7,000 to $11,000. The estimated range is wide because the extent <br />of change orders and the period of construction cannot be determined. <br /> <br />TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br />We will begin shop drawing reviews the day following receipt of <br />authorization and will continue our services in accordance with the <br />construc ti on sc hedul e. <br /> <br /> <br />
