Measure and assess the condition of all "Protected" trees whose trunks are 6 "and <br />larger in diameter @ 54" above grade. <br />2. Denote those trees that are of "Heritage Status". <br />3. Accurately locate driplines. <br />4. Assess proposed encroachment. <br />5. Based on encroachment, tree health, and species susceptibility ,make <br />recommendations for preservation, or removal. <br />6. Provide an appraised value for all trees on site. <br />Summary <br />The site is flat and consists of six lots, three of which are developed with residential <br />homes to remain. Three new homes will be developed on the remaining lots along with <br />a revised access lane, and three new garages to the existing homes. There are only <br />three "Protected Trees" remaining on the site, consisting of one 18" diameter Pecan, <br />one 7 %' diameter Aristocrat Pear, and one 9" diameter English Walnut. The walnut is <br />in poor condition, and the pecan will be subjected to road and driveway encroachments <br />to the extent that it is likely that the tree will need to be removed.
