Affordable Housing -The TVTC recommended a new policy that will eliminate <br />the regional fee for affordable housing units. The current TVTC guidelines treat <br />affordable housing as amulti-family home and charge the Multi-Family Home fee <br />rate. <br />Other Rate -The TVTC recommended eliminating the cap on the "other" <br />category. The "other" category is used to assign a fee to projects that do not fit <br />into the 6 main categories. This category was capped by the TVTC to allow non <br />"regional impact" type projects to receive relief from the regional fee. The "other" <br />fee has not been used in this capacity and has resulted in a reduction in the total <br />fee collected <br />For comparison purposes, the table below shows the final TVTC rates compared to the <br />City of Pleasanton rates.
