Should the scope of improvements increase significantly, additional services <br />may be required. Following is our current understanding of the project construction scope, upon which <br />our proposal is based: <br />• Vehicular Circulation <br />o Parking for 150 cars, asphalt with concrete curbs and bioswales <br />o Access drive from Pleasanton Avenue extension, asphalt with concrete curbs <br />o Possible ingress/egress from Bernal Avenue <br />o Possible temporary parking/drives <br />• Pedestrian Circulation <br />o Concrete and asphalt pathways <br />• Lighting <br />o Parking lo[s <br />o Access roads <br />o Pathways <br />o Buildings <br />o Spectator seating areas <br />• Oak Woodland <br />o Native tree, shrub, and grass planting <br />
