S1pn1nP and Striping Pfan <br />The Consultant will prepare a 1"=40' signing and striping plan showing signage and <br />striping only at trail crossings per the City requirements. <br />E. Eneineer's Opinion~Probable Constrnctlon Costs <br />The Consultant will prepare an estimate ofprobable construction costs after first submittal <br />check plans are completed, and will update the estimates based on the City approved plans. <br />F. Coordination and Meeting <br />The Consultant will attend meetings and coordinate with the City, and other project <br />consultants to discuss and address issues during the improvement plan process. We have <br />budgeted 32 hours for this task. Additional hours will be billed as extra. <br />G. Landscape Plans <br />The landscape plans will include the following areas: <br />The small amount of landscaping along the Old Vineyard Avenue (now a trail) at <br />the Safreno property. <br />The final planting and irrigation plans for the north site ofNew Vineyard Avenue. <br />Planting and irrigation plans for the new staging area for the trail near the <br />intersection of Old and New Vineyard adjacent to the Molinaro property. <br />The construction documents will include the following: <br />Safreno Properly <br />a. Final planting including all plant material locations and call-outs, plant list, <br />legend, notes and details necessary for installation. <br />b.
