She noted that she would research that project and follow up at a later <br />meeting. <br />Commissioner O'Connor inquired whether the City would have any input into the <br />building's appearance, and whether staff could guide the design process before issuing a <br />building permit. Ms. Decker noted that there were different levels of design review; some <br />at staff level and others considered by the Planning Commission. She also noted that <br />variances and PUD modifications are often part of a design review process. She <br />reiterated that the Code regulates the City's development process. <br />Ms. Decker noted that there were noticing procedures for administrative design reviews. <br />Chairperson Fox requested that the speakers from this meeting be noticed when the item <br />comes before the Commission. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Decker noted that several telephone calls and a letter had been received for Item S.a., <br />PCUP-196, Rachelle Nguven, and recommended that it be moved to the Public Hearing <br />items. <br />Ms. Decker further suggested that Item 6.b., PAP-109 (PHUP-18), Rebecca Andrus, be <br />heard before Item 6.a., General Plan Update. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />b. PCUP-201, KwanQ Weon Seo <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate an office and a warehouse for <br />a contractor business in the existing building located at 1249 Quarry Lane. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD-I (Planned Unit Development -Industrial) <br />District. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to make the required conditional use findings as listed <br />in the staff report and to approve Case PCUP-201, subject to the conditions of <br />approval listed in Exhibit B of the staff report. <br />Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES October 24, 2007 Page 9 of 40 <br />
