Commissioner O'Connor inquired whether the City would have any input into the building's appearance, and whether staff could guide the design process before issuing a building permit. Ms. Decker noted that there were different levels of design review; some at staff level and others considered by the Planning Commission. She also noted that variances and PUD modifications are often part of a design review process. She reiterated that the Code regulates the City's development process. Ms. Decker noted that there were noticing procedures for administrative design reviews. Chairperson Fox requested that the speakers from this meeting be noticed when the item comes before the Commission. 4. Commissioner Blank moved to make the required conditional use findings as listed in the staff report and to approve Case PCUP-201, subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B of the staff report.
