Ms. Stern noted that the <br />Plan discussed the recently acquired Corridor but it did not discuss very thoroughly what <br />the Specific Plan said about Downtown and shared parking. She noted that it could be <br />included in the document. Commissioner Narnm noted that while the City collected <br />in-lieu parking fees, she believed that additional parking would be needed for Downtown. <br />• Include the language "developing or continuing to find parking for Downtown." <br />Commissioner Narum noted that the phrase "for mixed-use projects" was referenced in <br />the last sentence of the first paragraph under Off-Street Parking. She inquired whether <br />transit-oriented development (TOD) should be referenced as well. She <br />added that freeway congestion impacted Pleasanton traffic. <br />• Add the language explaining the phrase. <br />Chairperson Fox suggested that the peak hours be changed to `from 7:00 a. m. to <br />10:00 a. m. and from 3:00 p. m. to 7: 00 p. m."
