_ Commissioner Blank stated that the second sentence of the sixth paragraph on page 18 <br />should be modified to read as follows: "He would like to see a lot of trees, and if trees <br />were to be repktc-ed removed, he would like to see them replaced elsewhere on the site." <br />Commissioner Olson stated that the forth paragraph on page 16 should be modified to <br />read as follows: "Commissioner Olson noted that this was a private road with a pre- <br />existing gate. uā ,. .oa ., :.a n ,..:.,,. r~,,.:....o...,.., ni...,i.~,. ā ,..,.,. ,> <br />Commissioner Olson noted that with respect to the first paragraph on page 17, he was <br />trying to indicate that limiting the grading, which he supported, would likely dictate a <br />certain kind of architecture and a more stepped design. <br />Ms. Decker advised that staff would listen to the tape in order to clarify his statement. <br />She recalled that Commissioner Olson wanted the architecture to be sensitive to the <br />topography and that a stepped design would accomplish that goal. <br />Commissioner Pearce stated that the third sentence of the eighth paragraph on page 13 <br />should be modified to read as follows: "She understood the spirit of Dr. Yee's <br />philosophy of creating a pleasing tl~view from the road." <br />Commissioner Pearce stated that the first sentence of the fifth paragraph on page 14 <br />should be changed to read as follows: "Commissioner Pearce liked the idea of the <br />continuity of open space axd but was struggling with the idea of reducing the lot size." <br />Commissioner Pearce stated that the second sentence of the fifth paragraph on page 16 <br />should be modified to read as follows: "She believed there ~s-might be an overriding <br />consideration with respect to health and safety." <br />Commissioner Pearce stated that the second sentence of the sixth paragraph on page 17 <br />should be changed to read as follows: "She added that she likes-does not like the colors <br />of the Lemoine estates homes." <br />Commissioner O'Connor noted that with respect to the third paragraph on page 7, he had <br />requested a copy of the CC&R's. He requested that this be reflected in the Minutes. <br />Commissioner O'Connor noted that with respect to the discussion under Item 6 on <br />page 15, he had indicated that he liked the vines and requested that this be added at the <br />end of the discussion. <br />Chairperson Fox noted that with respect to the third paragraph on page 7, she had also <br />requested a copy of the CC&R's and inquired whether the item could be heard at the next <br />Commission meeting.
