ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Janice Stern, Principal <br />Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Wes <br />Jost, Development Services Manager; Jenny Soo, Associate <br />Planner; Leslie Mendez, Assistant Planner; Mike Tassano, <br />Traffic Engineer/Deputy Public Works Director; Sally <br />Maxwell, Associate Planner; and Cory Emberson, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Arne Olson, Kathy <br />Narum, and Jennifer Pearce. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />(Note: Staff confirms any proposed changes by reviewing the recorded <br />proceedings prior to finalizing the Minutes.) <br />a. October 10, 2007 <br />Commissioner Blank noted that with respect to the motions he made on page 6, he had <br />withdrawn his original motion and made a new motion.
