Further, he will support the application with the modification that it <br />not contain a termination date for the work, with the work proceeding as expeditiously as possible. <br />Commissioner Maas commiserated with the neighbors on the intrusion on quiet weekend time due to <br />allowing weekend construction; however, she stated her concurrence with getting the project completed <br />in a timely manner and with allowing Saturday work to shorten the duration of construction time and <br />allowing neighbors to regain their peace and quiet and with construction not starting before 8:00 a.m. on <br />Saturdays. <br />Chairperson Kumazan stated that the neighbor troubled by noise issues is not located in close proximity <br />to this project and, therefore, he will support approval of the application. <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS <br />In response to a statement by Commissioner Sullivan relating to work performed on Saturday only being <br />roof related, Mr. Parodi described the construction necessary to complete the roof work. <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Cooper, seconded by Commissioner Roberts, approving <br />Case Z-98-234, subject to the condition that Saturday work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. be related <br />to enclosing the house until enclosure is completed. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Cooper, Maas, Roberts, Sullivan, and Chairperson Kumazan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-98-70 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />(Recess taken.) <br />d.
