He noted <br />concern with code enforcement, lack of compliance with permit and future conditions being met based <br />on past performance, lack of suitability of location for this business, and problems with existing traffic <br />and pedestrian traffic created by children. He concluded by noting that he would support staff s <br />recommendation to deny the application for a conditional use permit. <br />Chairperson Kumaran expressed his apprehension with closing an existing business and that it only <br />should be done as a last resort.
