PUD-96-14, Merritt/Scholes (DeSilva/Gates) <br />Application for Planned Unit Development prezoning and development plan approval for <br />95-single family homes (including three existing homes) on 46.4 acres located at 4131 and <br />4141 Foothill Road. Alameda County's zoning for the property is A (Agricultural) District. <br />The Planning Commission will also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />project. <br />Continued to September 9, 1998. <br />b. Z-98-104, Va1levCare Health System <br />Application for design review approval to construct an approximately 58,000 square foot, <br />three-story addition to an existing hospital and to modify the existing off-street parking for <br />a net increase of 107 spaces located at 5555 W. Las Positas Boulevard. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD - P&I (Planned Unit Development-Public and Institutional) District. <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner, referenced the staff report dated August 26, 1998, and highlighted key <br />areas contained in the staff report including the proposal, project description, traffic and circulation, <br />Owens Drive/Andrew Drive intersection, site plan, access, parking, and building design.
