ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Roger Higdon, City Engineer; Lazissa <br />Seto, Assistant City Attorney; and Deanne Helgesen, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Jack Dove, Kris Kumazan, Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, <br />Matt Sullivan, and Chair Geoff Cooper <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Kumazan requested that the following sentence be added after the word "Pleasanton," on <br />page 23, third pazagraph from the bottom, "He asked whether other commissioners felt concerned <br />enough to take proactive action. There was a general consensus to request staff to draft an ordinance to <br />address this anomaly for development west of Foothill Road." <br />Chairperson Cooper requested that on page 18, third pazagraph, that the phrase "in general" be inserted <br />after the word "that."; "neaz residential units permitted" be inserted after the word "anywhere"; and <br />"similar to conditions imposed on Saint Elizabeth Seaton inserted after "windows are up and the <br />windows remain closed" <br />The minutes of the June 24, 1998, Planning Commission meeting were approved, as amended. <br />
