Mr. Iserson informed the Commission that a contribution is being made to the City which would <br />enhance the walking tour in the Downtown area in the form of the or similaz aztistic work on Main <br />Street. It would depict Pleasanton's history as well as some of the older buildings and scenes from <br />Pleasanton's past. <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested Mr. Iserson to expand the handouts on vacant residential and <br />commercial lots in the City. Mr. Iserson explained the data and figures on both lists. <br />Commissioner Sullivan suggested that the Commission look at some of these lots and recommend which <br />parcels could have go through a specific plan study in view of future development. Mr. Iserson replied <br />that some of the pazcels already have or are in the process of having specific plans such as the Happy <br />Valley and Vineyard Corridor azeas, while others are going through the process of such a determination <br />such as the Eastside Plan by the Stoneridge Drive azea. <br />Commissioner Dove stated that certain projects like the Lund Ranch will be considered as a major PUD <br />from the standpoint of design, which would provide the opportunity for some individuality. <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested Mr. Iserson to go through the vacant residential lots and prepare a list <br />with an accompanying map identifying the lots already covered by a specific plan, the lots that will be <br />covered by upcoming specific plans, and those which already have approved PUD development plans <br />but have not yet constructed units.
