PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br />Commissioner Sullivan thanked the applicants for their effort, but feels it needs some fine-tuning before <br />he can support the project. <br />A motion was made by Commission Sullivan, seconded by Commissioner Maas, that staff <br />re-evaluate the three units with a slightly smaller FAR and a different architectural style that is <br />more consistent with the bungalow style of St. John's Place. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Maas and Sullivan <br />NOES: Commissioners Kumazan and Roberts, and Chair Cooper <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />The motion failed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Kumaran, seconded by Commissioner Roberts, <br />recommending approval of the draft Negative Declaration. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />-- AYES: Commissioners Kumazan, Maas, Roberts, Sullivan, and Chair Cooper <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Kumaran, seconded by Commissioner Roberts, <br />recommending that the Commission make a finding that the project has a de minimis impact on <br />the site's wildlife. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Kumaran, Maas, Roberts, Sullivan, and Chair Cooper <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-98-37 was entered and adopted finding that the project has a de minimis <br />impact on the site's wildlife and recommending approval of the draft Negative Declaration. <br />With regazd to the motion relating to the draft Negative Declazation, Commission Sullivan said he does <br />not agree that the noise would be "insignificant".
