After a request for clazification on the Brown Act, Ms. Seto cautioned the Commission members from <br />engaging in any discussion or making any implied decision at functions outside of scheduled meetings. <br />She noted that any activity attended by a Commission Member must be properly noticed and be open to <br />the public. Otherwise, they should not be there. She stated that it is appropriate to share information, <br />but not to give the impression of a personal decision or of that of the Commission. <br />10.
