ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Roger Higdon, City Engineer; Lazissa <br />Seto, Assistant City Attorney; and Sharon Piserchio, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair, Geoff Cooper, and Commissioners Jack Dove, Kris Kumaran, Trish <br />Maas, Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Chair Cooper noted for the record that the Apri129, 1998 Minutes were approved, subject to any <br />amendments submitted directly to Kathy Ferreira, Planning Department. <br />The Minutes of the May 13, 1998 Planning Commission Meeting were approved with the following <br />amendments: <br />Commissioner Kumazan amended page 10, pazagraph 5, sentence 1, to read as follows: "Commissioner <br />Kumazan stated that he feels the Moller Ranch Development is much too visible from Stoneridge Drive, <br />east of I-680." <br />Commissioner Sullivan amended page 4, pazagraph 4, sentence 4, to read as follows: "He feels that the <br />existing development is too high in intensity adjacent to the urban growth boundary line, and that adding <br />the secondary units would just make that problem worse." <br />._.. _.___.. - . _T_..___... <br />
