<br />represented on City committees, and it was never fully investigated to see if those Ponderosa employees
<br />should be removed from their committees due to their involvement with Civil Rights violations during
<br />the referendum period, although she thinks it should have been."

<br />since the General Plan Update, and the community is now feeling the impact of development".

<br />Commissioner Kumaran amended page 7, paragraph 3, sentence 3, to read as follows: "He feels there
<br />are three groups within the city who are the stakeholders in this matter: the citizens at large, the
<br />development community, and the higher agencies, such as the State."
<br />Commissioner Kumaran also amended page 7, pazagraph 4, sentence 4, to read as follows: "In addition,
<br />he noted that since so much has changed around Pleasanton and given what has happened in those azeas,
<br />this is just another example of why the City should take advantage of this opportunity to be able to plan
<br />for future development."

<br />Carole Varela, 3858 Mohr Avenue, stated that at the last meeting when Steve Belecky suggested that an
<br />investigation be made into Ponderosa's alleged criminal acts, Commissioner Dove recommended that the
