THE CITY OF <br />® ~n I III III 'x~w l I I I I <br />~L£~S~4NTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Wednesday, March 25, 1998 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 25, 1998 was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Chair Cooper. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Robin Eisenwinter, City Planner; Larissa <br />Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Roger Higdon, City Engineer; and Sharon <br />Piserchio, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Kris Kumazan, Bob Wright, and <br />Chair Geoff Cooper <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The March 11, 1998 Minutes were approved with the following amendments: <br />Commissioner Bazker amended page 10, paragraph 2, sentences 2 and 3 to read as follows: "She also <br />feels that if the original NSSP showed the trail going through the Frost property, then the plan should <br />remain in place. But, if the trail is going to go through the Locke and Richey access road, then she is <br />concerned about the impact this would have on the Locke's privacy and legal exposure." <br />Commissioner Dove amended page 15, paragraph 3, to read as follows: "Commissioner Dove stated <br />that the San Francisco water property should be evaluated as a permanent site. He further stated that if <br />Valley Avenue would go through to Sunol Boulevazd it would be a very easy access to a train station. <br />_ However, since that is not the case, he expressed concern with circulation if a station were to be located <br />there." <br />
